If you’re unhappy with a product, All is Well is able to take it back in most cases within 10 days of purchase. There are some exceptions, however, so please review our terms below:


  • Unopened products.
  • All dry or dehydrated food, unopened or opened.
  • Any product that is defective upon arrival.
  • Lupine products according to their guarantee (no date of purchase restriction).
  • Thundershirts within the 45 day trial period.

                        NOT RETURNABLE

  • Opened treats.
  • Opened supplements.
  • Opened grooming products.
  • Opened pet waste products.
  • Used toys.
  • Used collars, harnesses, and leashes (except Lupine).

To return a product, you must first complete a return form. If you’re in the area, you can then return the unwanted item to the James Island or West Ashley store. Otherwise, you can send it back to us in the mail. Once we receive the product, refunds are credited back to the customer.  We do not refund the cost of return shipping.
